Went to visit mom @ wk to finally get Alex's watch, little does he know that I paid for half, hehehe. Also, Amber and Kristi came with us, so we bought her b-day gift- designer sunglasses.

Well, my B-Day is finally over, whew. What a celebration, this year everyone came through-lunch with Alex at the Brazillian cafe, then dinner with folks and my girls( Anissa and Mia) in san antonio, lunch at Trudy's with James, Rob, Amber and Kristi. Drinks at the Brown Bar with Rob and Kristi. Breakfast with James and John- then later dinner with John. Monday night- quick dinner with Alex in san antonio- Chachos!

James finally made it downstairs, now we're on a quicker road to recovery....I'm still running three mile a day this week.

James had his surgery on Friday, he didn't have much pain but this weekend it is starting to set in. His threshold for pain has always been somewhat lower than mine, but he is doing better. Tomorrow, I plan for him to start walking around the house and I'm sure he'll love that! It's been different doing everything around the house, but I love it. Today, I learned how to make coffee...it's a small miracle. Today is superbowl day, I plan to hang out here with Amber and Kristi. Yesterday, I ran three miles and walked one- so a total of four miles. Today it's suppose to be warmer ( in the 80s), so I plan to do it again- except everyone in ATX always has the same idea. The city really needs to build additional parking for townlake, if anything, build a bridge from it's existing parking lot so more people can use it and then walk over to the trails.
