New Roof!

We got our new roof this past Monday and James is all excited. I have to admit the new color of the roof is very nice and warm. Today, we came home from having breakfast at La Posada when we found out front door open and our kids outside! I panicked and yelled at James for leaving the front door ajar when he checked the temp/day before we left. the kids were in shocked when we got them back inside, hell- so was I! Four hours later- everyone is taking a nap while I post this and watch tv. James also starts his new job tomorrow- project manager for the NCCO, so proud of him- he deserves a change and the promotion. now, my turn......

BDay

James and I went home yesterday to have a Vday dinner with family...spent the night and then hung out with the kiddos and mom/dad. James and I left around 1pm to come home and take a nap..whew- they are too much, but we love them so much.....Luke is very handsome and independent (watch out Julissa) and Mia is very considerate and yet all about her (it should be, she is only three!) I miss them already.....they were truly the best "gift" today. Oh, I finally cut my hair after growing it for three months, whew...

finally after having three straight days of below freezing temps....James tried to drive to work, but came back after running off the road twice. he called me and woke me up...I still have to go to work later today :(
