Easter

We went to Mom and Dads and we hung out with the monkeys, Anissa, Rachel, Lorie and her family and my both tias. It was one of the best Easters......took pics with my new camera,- I am really impressed with it too. the pics I took- impressed me and made me emotional.

Marriage Equality Day

Everyone wore red at work, facebook was littered with people protesting for gay marriage. It was awesome to see.....James and I wore red to work. Also, on FB, even some of my straight friends posted the red picture as their profile on FB, it was amazing to see. I love those straight friends who changed their profile- it was unexpected and mad me love them even more. still waiting on any decision from the supreme court. This is an amazing time to be gay.......the next generation is going to be the most accepting society.....wow!

Sad News

Alex today told me that he has cancer and may not be able to beat it. He was more concerned about his daughter, which broke my heart. I cried in front of him and was speechless. I really have to follow up with him and really tell him how I feel. He is one of my best friends at work and in Austin...we share everything and there was a time (when we worked together), we would talk all the time and our boss used to call us "brothers from different mothers". I am really sad about it and don't know what to say or do to make it better for him and his family. I will have to pray for him......love you Alex.
