Another crazy Ice day

Yesterday, Rebecca Yung-Eng (our bosses boss) visited our call center and took us out to dinner. Then today, she bought us lunch and left around 5pm to drive back to Dallas for her flight back to New Jersey, crazy! Today, ice was everywhere and traffic lasted for hours....poor folks who have to travel so far for work.....I-35 and Mopac were parking lots!

Got off work around 11pm then drove home slowly, avoiding all cars. all bridges were closed so had to take the long way home, urgh. It was the first time I was nervous driving home in bad weather.......there was ice everywhere and also ice all on my car and tires when I got home....scary cold.

Mikey moves in.....

On Tuesday night, Mikey asked if he could stay here for a couple of months because his roommate is crazy and threatening to kick him out. Additionally, he has no where to go and he just got a new job at the state- food stamps benefits. I talked it over with James and he moved in on Weds, where we took him to dinner and talked things over - like our rules. He explain we would not charge him this month but moving forward, it would be 300.00 a month and he agreed. he also agreed to our rules and conditions.....we shall see if we are still friends after all of this......we wish him luck!

Worked NYE and NYD, came home last night to James being drunk and hungry. After eating, he fell asleep.....spent midnight by myself, which was cool. My new outlook will be more positive for the new year.......and get more fit. Enough of being fat.......
