Found out today that he has Parkinson's disease and had it for years.!!!....apparently, his health has taken a dramatic turn for the worst. Reason being, found out he stopped taking his meds for years.....oh no! Now, his health is a burden on his family, WTF.
Today, I ran completely around townlake in his memory (4 miles) since he can no longer stand or run without pain or hurting himself.

Houston Rodeo- Alicia Keys concert!
Had a blast staying at the Doubletree down town (by myself), met up with the girls at the rodeo, took plenty of photos and loved seeing Alicia. Rained the entire time I was in Houston....
