Test results on 4/25/17

All negative- whew.

CAP 10K

Felt great, but a tad on the cooler side. finished in 65 mins, not bad for 50 yrs old :)

Physical

Had my physical today and celebrated Prince- all with James....loved today!

James is better!

Since he stopped taking his cholesterol meds, the pains have stopped (which I advised him and Dr Lui- two weeks ago).....but we all feel better that he feels better now. He is back to work and getting back to his normal attitude and behavior. On a side note- I am feeling better about my preparation for the CAP 10K this Sunday..ran around townlake yesterday (4 miles). Tomorrow, is Prince's 1 yr anniversary of his death...I am off (of course), but plan to run some more and listen to Prince.

Easter 2017

Today

Ran four miles around townlake and James is still feeling sick....no test results yet, perhaps on Monday....I think and feel better about my run next Sunday (CAP 10K)- looking forward to it. Also, I have a doc appt next Friday to get all kind of test done myself.....stay tuned.

James has been sick

Today, we have another doc appointment- 2nd one in two weeks. We went to the ER twice, also within two weeks and we are still trying to figure out what is going on with his back muscles. Now, I scheduled a physical for 4/21/17- let's see what we find out about me :(

Ran five miles today- awesome!
