what a day.....what a doc visit and what an experience....

Saw the Revolution and cried twice....they were amazing and I never thought I would hear some of those great songs "live".....

Grandpa's funeral

Two day event- had a good/sad time with the family....was a pallbearer and hung out with the entire Ramos family- first time in over 30 yrs! came home and took and next day off- ran all the way around townlake then had date "day" with Jaime.....perfect day. Also went to Barton Springs too...loved it.

Granpa died at 10:40 am

Mom called to let me know he died and had been suffering for the last week or so. She mentioned Dad did not want to visit him, do anything for him or attend the funeral. Those details are still ongoing but I think it was somewaht of an honor to be asked to be a pallbearer at the funeral.

Anissa got her driver's permit!!!!!!!!

Prince's birthday was today...loved posting pics of him on FB and listening to his 1999 album while running around entire townlake today- 3 miles.

Hard day at work but I think I may take advantage of bereavement time, so I can regroup and hope to get better at my job and my role.

James stayed home and slep most of the day after receiving alarming health news yesterday...we both were nervous, cried and prayed. Today, he feels better, but now we wait for his next visit and additional test...this is not over yet :(
