Water line break

Whew- talk about a week of stress...we found a water leak outside the house. We noticed it when water kept pooling in the front of the house and would not go away. We ended up paying 1000 to get it fixed.....everyone tells us we were lucky it wasn't under the house! I would agree.....and today we went furniture shopping- in advance of our bonus.

Birthday weekend

Wednesday- laptop at work stopped working- ugh, but still managed to finish the day.
Thursday- off but went down to Mom and Dad's for Valentine's Day....saw Aunt (she is doing better) and Elsi was there, so I asked about Meme. Bill and Rachel were not there but hung out with mom and dad, which was the whole reason I was there anyway.
Friday- ran three miles and it was close to 90 degrees in Austin (the hottest FEB 15 EVER!), went to Lucy's for bday lunch then went to BT2 for beers and saw Jay for the first time in years....he looked completely different by 300 pounds, just wow and concerning.
Saturday- rested all day but hung out with Mikey in the afternoon, went to Shangri-la- had a blast
Sunday- James, Wyll and I went to Jack Allen's for my bday brunch then came home to watch Wyll's Olivia Newton John special that I had recorded for him.
Monday- off- did laundry and cleaned the house.

*btw- we noticed a puddle of water in front of the house, we may need to call a plumber- YIKES!

80 degrees in Austin yesterday

and I ran three miles- love the weather but wish we had more sun, ugh..
