James faints on the floor

 He took his night meds, took extra kloninpin pills tonight and smoked...so, when he came downstairs because of the munchies- he tried to hold himself up but ended up fainting and falling on the kitchen room floor. I got super upset with him and walked him back upstairs but I think I got more scared than anything else....but, I explained he could not be going to the hospital and should start thinking about his actions or let me know what he has done/wants to do before doing anything....ugh, SMH

 I asked the family if we could surprise Meme's grandchildren with Santa and Mrs Claus, if we all bought gifts for those kids. Everyone agreed and we all met at Meme's house last night at 6pm- the kids were shocked!

Electoral College count votes - another histroic day

 UPDATE on Virus- we surpassed over 300,000 deaths in America today....sad and historic day.

Electoral College - I watched throughout the day and saw where each state counted their votes and provided their votes to the appropriate person. On December 14, 202 at 4:28 pm CT - California's votes pushed Biden over the needed vote count to be come the next President of the US. Something everyone knew weeks ago, but interesting to see democracy in action!

Device installed in my car

 It took about two hours to get it installed, completed some online trainings, they helped answer my questions and now I feel humiliated. initial monthly costs is $85 plus I also had to pay another month to Stephanie- $400....this is going to be a long year/journey....

walked 5 miles today

 Townlake was crowded but folks were social distancing, whew......but not too many in masks- since they were running or "exercising"...either way- went to Trudy's for some beers before installing the "device" in my car next week....ugh.

Stephanie called - update

 She advised me of a meeting with the judge next week, but I explained I had a car now, so she asked that I get the device installed and follow up with Michael- from the county. So, I hope to get the device installed but hope the process is not stressful....I have enough on my plate right now....ugh.

New Bed frame and cross bag

 We got our christmas gift from my parents today....wow- what an amazing bed frame, we plan to put it together this weekend- wish us luck!

 

 Also James received his christmas gift- another Coach cross body bag...he loved it....

Thanksgiving 2020

 We both worked today...James had a horrible day bc he got in an argument with his boss yesterday and refused to work but he worked only a couple of hours. I went to townlake and walked 5 miles- had to get away so I would not get more depressed. I am already sad for not being able to hang out with my family so having him depressed today by staying in bed with the lights off- is not helping. We ended up having Whataburger...really?

 Right before my 5 mile walk, everyone in Austin got an alert and voicemail about this Thanksgiving.....placed an order for my cousin Meme via HEB app and took pictures of the sun setting at the end of my walk.....noticed less people out and about and hopefully this Thanksgiving WILL BE different....

New Car - Civic 2020 Touring

 Went to townlake today and went on a walk around dowtown....did 3 miles and took photos of some new murals....they will be amazing when done, but I was nervous with the virus cases going up in Austin. 

Got my temp license

 Lawyer said to go online the order  replacement license- done for $12..now we wait for it in the mail. Tomorrow, we go visit Steve Gonzales at Howdy Honda for my next/new car.....interesting.

I'm scared of the virus

 Secret- I pray and cry every night for my family............I get stressed, have anxiety attacks, call/text frequently and asking they take care of themselves since I can't physically be with them at this time. Year to date, I have since my family twice this year.....I just cry and cry even during watching the news at night bc Trump refuses to concede and his enablers are sitting by just allowing this to happen. I hope they all go to jail after Bien gets into the office......lock them ALL UP!

DWI Update

 Got a call about a breathing device not being installed so I had to reach out to Stephanie to get some help and direction...I was upset and nervous all day until I got confirmation that she really is helping me out behind the scenes....stressed out and freaked out...I think I scared Jaime over how I reacted by this update. Now, I have to wait for the judge's decision before I learn next steps....this situation may take up to a year to resolve, according to the lawyer and the case manager. Now, with the virus, I wouldn't be surprised if it took longer....staying home for the next couple of weeks for sure and may have a beer this weekend before I have to stop for a specific timeframe- TBD. Talk about learning a lesson the hard way.....

Austin is now at stage 4!

 And this weekend's game has been postponed due to the other team being impacted with the virus and not having enough players to play....this is getting crazy!

The Virus is OUT OF CONTROL!

 Trump continues to fight in courts and will not concede...he has no meetings, goes golfing and is not talking to any reporters...just tweets lies and has basically given up working. While Biden and his team is trying to get insight and information on how to manage the virus and the country.  I was brought to tears on how this is impacting the economy, the people, jobs loss, food shortages, evictions, etc...what the hell is going on and why can't we stop him?! Today, I found out more about the car from Esurance, as follows:

Made Mom her Christmas card this year

 and she loved it......that made me so happy.

Contacted Esurance to report the loss of the car

 They contacted the towing company and they both started to work together....next step- I will be contacted regarding any payout for the car.

 Historic moment for our country (again)....they did an amazing job with their speeches....I feel women should rule the world- they are much better at it......I do hope both Anissa and Mia take in the moment and how much this means to their future....WOW!

 Historic day for America....the family is overjoyed, the country is dancing in the streets and people are posting all over the internet! First black vice president and first second gentleman...can't wait for Joe to build his cabinet. WOW- just election had more people than ever vote....now time to heal and work together.

 We waited and watched at Waterloo..but Biden finally spoke around 10 pm CT and it was good but his best speech is going to be better for America!

First cold day in Austin- 43 degrees!

 Had to turn on the heaters for the cats.....as well as, the entire house. Then it plans to warm back up the rest of the week.

 Watched and this time around it wasn't that bad- much better! Did "he" answer anything with substance- NO....did Biden offer something- of course! There was a clear winner.....not sure why some are still on the fence on who to vote for- really?!

 This sent shock waves across the world and gay people are rejoicing around the world...its about time!

James has another meltdown

 He was crying and laying on the ground when I had to go pick him off the ground and comfort him....he wants to quit for working so much. I called his boss and he confirmed he never asked Jaime to work that much and he expects if he had to work during his off weekend then he should take additional time off...so, now sure who to believe but why would his boss lie to me. We have been here before so, I think Jaime needs to take a break and get some rest so he can think more clearly. I'm so done with his up and downs that if he wants to quit, so be it...but, if anything goes wrong- I will blame him bc I can no longer keep my mouth shut.

Now, the CDC is saying positive cases are going up dramatically, so now I'm scared for my family and I think I should remain inside/at home as much as possible. Which with how Jaime's mental state is now...it's going to be very hard for me.
