This weekend...

Had dinner with Lauren and Rachel/Anissa in san antonio, but earlier in the day, I found out Jaime took all his pils and tried to kill himself again....crying and frustrated. But I committed to helping the plate benefit for Meme this weekend...went down and then Saturday prepped with the benefit, made lots of money. Back at home, took him to Waterloo and tried to make his day better.....I'm trying, I'm trying...

Claim denied

Got the notice that our GAP claim has been denied due the his DWI...didn't want to tell him but he is not taking it well- as expected. :(

Honda Care cancelled

I got a check today for $875,,,deposited in my account. I also receeived my EOY review at work and got a Meets, so I guess that's ok with me.

OMG- my bday weekend

Had lunch with my parent then hung out with folks at Waterloo- he advised us, he knew Jaime from BBRTS, LOL

Meme and Lawyer update

Yesterday after work, I drove (in rush hour) to the lawyer's office to drop off the signed documents. Things just got real...she is nice and looks like Sheena Easton, lol. Today, mom called to let me know to get my suit ready for Meme, his doctors are no longer feeding him or giving him any medication. They have given him about two weeks to live now..... :(

Lawyer contract and Historic day for the President

We both got an email from her with the contract to retain her and to lay out the payment plans for his defense.....also, today the president was acquitted by the Republicans and only one republican (Mitt Romney) voted to charge the president and remove him! This piece is historic because he has been the only senator to vote against a president from the same party- EVER!

Crash update

Today, James learned the two other cars filed injury claims and one of them was settled back last week and the second one has hired a lawyer due to their injuries. I advised James sometimes folks feel their injuries later but he thinks they are looking for a payout. So far, half of the supporting documentation has been submitted to the Gap dept, however, I plan to call them tomorrow to ask about the missing documentation and where I can find it for them. I need to close out this gap total loss claim.....
