 The hotel staff found him this morning...his daughter (Sarah) called me this morning to let me know...WOW, I'm in shock and don;t know how to feel...

Update 02/23/2022- he died from complications from COVID, Hypertension and diabetes, WOW

Uneventful birthday this year - again

 hopefully, one year I get to do what I want and actually enjoy the day...

1st anniversary fro historic snow storm in Austin!

 220+ people died

Millions without electricity and natural gas...

spent my last bday at home, stuck...

Most people have PTSD from that storm too....to this day!

Jaime and I argue about everything

 I almost left for SA but we were both mean to each other but Jaime fell to pieces and is having a hard time moving forward...he is frustrating me with his moods, being in line with me with a new house, just everything...ugh. I asked him to have a good night sleep and we can talk in the morning.....smh

House drama

 we have to update the sq footage of our home which now we have to sale at a much lower price, about 100K lesser than what we thought. The city has it at 2600 but two different appraisers have it at 1900....so, now we have to stop buying the new house bc we can no longer afford it at this point. We don't want to get another mortgage bc the whole idea to sell our current home is to get a newer home and no longer have a mortgage. so, we are back to square one looking to find a new home for under 350K....ugh

4 day water boil restrictions - OVER!

 Right now, Austin just lifted the four day water restriction where we all had to boil water before using....plus, we had to buy a couple of cases of bottled water to help get through this...finally its over, whew.

Appraiser issue

 The buyer's appraiser has the house measured at different sq feet, off about 700 sq ft....the county website has it at the right measurements....now, Cliff has to figure out what to do and how to get this fixed, UGH

Lady Bird Wildflower Center

 I had an amazing time this past Sunday walking around this place....so huge but most of it was closed due to the recent ice storm....I plan to come back during the spring to see all the flowers in bloom...

Ice Storm Landon in Austin

 Though it has been very cold, it has not been as cold or as long of a time period like the last snow storm from last year (FEB 2021) - that storm was historic (a 100 year event).

The First Ice Storm coming into Austin tonight

 Well, around 3AM....currently, raining and just cold, but ice is expected in the morning....we placed sheets in every door, covers over the outside faucets and opened up the cabinets, as well as, dripping every faucet...scary but we will see what happens.....
