 spent the day with the family and it turned out to be a Coach christmas....I was happy that mom and dad made it special for Jaime....almost brought me to tears. Everyone was there except Bill, who was sick.

Thanksgiving

 We drove down to mom and dad's, where Rachel and Anissa were there. Also, Mia was visiting from school. Both Bill and Julissa were also there, along with Luke and his new truck. James and Lana were there too, along with their daughter and Mr Villarreal. Martin showed up with his wife and son and he recently had surgery due to his diabetes and messed up foot (arch fell). Also, Julissa was wearing a boot on her foot due too being diagnosed with "drop foot" which means she has no mobility with that one foot and which explains why she kept falling. We drove down around 11:30 and came back around 4pm, quick nice trip.

New schedule at USAA

 After some scheduling drama, we were all asked if we wanted a new shift....soooo, I asked for a 4x10 shift which starts the week after Thanksgiving.....smh

Called out today at USAA

 Just need a mental break from working so much....I was about to extend my current working schedule by another 12 days without a day off.

 Mia played her first college game and Bill and Julissa were there in Louisiana...she scored 14 points and her team won!

Graduated from training at USAA

Both Rachel and Anissa attended, was off the phones all day and had a short ceremony....set up my desk and attended more training about quality and scoring.

 

 

Anissa comes to the Moody Center

 I gave her tickets to the Jonas brothers concert and she brought her friend Diamond....they looked so cute. 

I introduced her to my staff and gave her the VIP treatment - access to my Germania club, free buffet and good seats, she said they had a great time!

We also opened a new speakeasy too....

 Spoke to her yesterday when she informed me that she is going out on FMLA, when I asked for for what, she replied, "mental health". Today, when I checked up on her, she casually mentioned she had been in therapy since May but was triggered when she found out Herb had spoken to mom, asking about her.
