ENGAGED!

After our visit to Universal, we went back to the hotel and I asked him to get married. He was really shocked and surprised. He placed his hand over his face and kept saying, OMG, OMG. He finally said yes and we kissed and hugged. He had to take a nap, it was too much for him. He did call mom before doing so too....so sweet. Mom was the first to find out....

Prince cremated today- private ceremony held

No more details provided.....but, reports are saying this autopsy may show he battled with percocet (pain killer drugs) for his hip....hope that's not the case, so sad and upset, if true.

Ran three miles today thinking about him the entire time....still listening to his music....

Prince died on April 21, 2016

Devastated....sick in bed, crying and listening to Prince. many texts and calls of folks asking if I was doing ok. Sweet but kinda weird.....but, extremely sad to know I will never get to see him live again.

Found out today about surplus notices coming....

spoke to my boss (Bene) before the conf call and explained I would be leaving for the day after the call. We heard the news then I logged off and went to townlake and walked five miles...stressful day. We find out next month....ugh

It was very organized and really sweet....after, we went to Bill's house for a Bar-B-Que, catered by Rudys.

CAP 10K 2016

Had an amazing run, much better than expected. no stops, drank water and listened to Sander, of course. the new shoes and clothes really helped and the weather was cool enough for a morning run....20,000 people ran today. I did it in 62 mins, pace of 10:30seconds....very proud of myself. 325th in my age group (out of 700) and 7,000 out of 22,000!
