Spoke to my boss this morning about it and informed him we need to follow up with the company. found the link and submitted my case to the company. Gave David my case number so if he needs to follow up he can....I also explained he if can find out if we do have a special time bank for this since I did not want to use my PTO or any sick bank, if I don't have to...more to come.
