Had to get my car towed to Howdy Honda...they could not program my new keys bc of the device. contacted smart start and they provided Honda with a work-around. the next day, I was able to pick up my car and drove to complete another data downlaoad at smart start.
Yes, just one more stressful event I was able to remain clam and made it through....
