She advised me that things are chaotic and crazy with the cases right now....one reason, my judge got busted with a DWI and has not been going to work and addressing his cases. There has been rotating judges but she has not been able to pin one down for answers. She gave me some options about my license but we agreed to just wait and pay the fine....my license gets activated on 9/11/22, so now James has to drive me around, this should be fun.
Also, she explained I could enter a program where I take a course, get the device removed and on probation for a year then everything would get removed from my driving record, which I agreed to do, so now I wait until she gives me the updated info...mailed off my payment this morning at the Buda post office around 10am this morning.
