Dear Antonio:
Austin TeamCo, LLC (d/b/a Austin FC) is pleased to extend you this part-time oer of employment (“Oer Letter”) with Austin FC. Pending acceptance of the terms outlined herein, your role as Guest Services Team member will start with an hourly rate of $15 per hour. Your tentative proposed Austin FC start date will be February 19, 2024, with the understanding that this proposed date is subject to modication at Austin FC’s sole discretion. As part of the Guest Services Team, you will report directly to Emily Pringle, Guest Services Director. Austin FC reserves the right to modify reporting/organizational structures from time-to-time in its sole discretion.
This position is a part-time seasonal position. Your weekly schedule will be based on the company’s business needs, which vary week to week. There are no minimum hours guaranteed during any week of your part-time assignment. As a part-time seasonal employee, you will not be eligible to participate in our benefit plans and you will not be eligible for any paid holidays or paid time off.
This Oer Letter and subsequent employment is conditional upon successful completion and analysis of a background check and upon receipt of proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Austin FC reserves the right to withdraw any oer of employment pending results/analysis in the event that any record(s) are deemed as unsatisfactory by Austin FC (in its sole discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer Letter does not represent an Employment Contract between Austin FC and you, and your employment shall be subject to all applicable At-Will Employment laws and the laws of the State of Texas shall apply.
It is expressly understood that the terms and conditions outlined within this Offer Letter shall remain confidential between Austin FC and you. Please confirm your acceptance of the Offer Letter terms by signing below.
