Due to not remaining on scene at the time of incident, (the offense of Accident Involving Damage to Vehicle >=$200, TRC 550.022(c)(2) MB), a warrant process was started. If a warrant is issued for you, I will give you a courtesy call and let you know so that it is not a surprise. This way you can turn yourself in at your convenience, and not be arrested at a random location. If there are any questions, you can reply to this email. The case number is 2024-04266.
